I must admit that I'm rarely in a position to express how thoroughly satisfied I am, but US Parts Inc has certainly left a lasting impression on me. Their delivery was right on schedule, and the computer they provided was a perfect match for my own. The result? My vehicle started up without a hitch.

Our Jeep had been sitting idle for years, and no one could get it to run. My dad and I diagnosed the issue and suspected a new PCM was needed. We ordered one from US Parts Inc, installed it, and to our delight, the Jeep started right up! No complaints from me. It's all thanks to US Parts Inc awesome service and an equally awesome product.

I would definitely consider making another purchase from this vendor. I recently acquired a PCM and shared my VIN number with them. They promptly reached out to inform me that I had chosen the incorrect option and, to my delight, rectified my order without any additional cost. It took less than a week for my computer to arrive after I placed my order. I plugged it in, and it immediately resolved the problems I was experiencing.
